Is the bakery celiac safe?

Yes, in fact the majority of our customers are celiac! Everything is produced, baked, and packaged in our dedicated gluten free bakery!

Is Everything Gluten free?

YES! We are a 100% dedicated Gluten Free bakery!

Do you take walk ins?

We do!! We now offer walk in service on Saturday mornings from 9am-12pm or until we sell out. Just a heads up to get there early because customers normally start lining up an hour before we open and even though we make a lot of food we sell out in a couple of hours. Weekdays are order only and pick ups are by appointment! Days and times for pick up are selected when ordering and the calendar will only show current availability.

why is there a $75 online order minimum?

Thank you for asking! To ensure we can continue providing high-quality products and maintain our small bakery we have implemented the minimum for online orders. This helps us cover essential costs such as rent, overhead, and employee wages, allowing us to operate efficiently with our limited staff and small space. We appreciate your understanding as this policy is crucial for our sustainability and growth and is not a reflection of greed.

Does Everything freeze well?

Yes! Everything freezes very well and the recipes were formulated to be great out of the freezer. Since we do not use any preservatives in our products we encourage the use of the freezer! Think “Day old bread…” it’s going to be stale in a day or two if you don’t portion/slice it and get it in the freezer.

How long do your products last?

All items are made without added preservatives so they will last a maximum of 2-3 days in an airtight container on the counter and we highly recommend slicing/portioning your items and getting them into the freezer where they will last 3-4 months!
